SHAMOKIN — A homeless Shamokin girl faces felony theft soon after police reported she stole a town police cruiser from the station’s parking lot Wednesday early morning.

Stormie Birster, 31, appeared right before Shamokin District Judge John Gembic Wednesday early morning and was jailed on $50,000 money.

Police explained the lady eradicated the cruiser and started to communicate into the police radio which was broadcast early Wednesday morning throughout the county.
