West Philly hit-and-run involving stolen car leaves grandmother dead

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A strike-and-operate involving a stolen auto left a 78-calendar year-aged grandmother lifeless in West Philadelphia’s Mantua area on Wednesday, law enforcement say. 

Family discovered the 78-yr-outdated as Julia Mae Abraham.
